Yes. A card is required to start your free trial. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial period.

What happens after my 7-day trial ends?

You'll automatically get full access to Coach Hub and your subscription fee will be debited from the card you provided at sign-up. You can cancel any time before the trial ends if you don't want to continue.

What happens right after I sign up?

You'll receive a link to create your account and set a password. Once you're in, we'll send you a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including how the Hub is organised and where to find the libraries relevant to you.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time from within your account — there's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
